Industry contribution
At present, the company is mainly in the pharmaceutical, new energy, semiconductor, food and other fields of in-depth research, we mainly promote spray drying, vacuum drying and other drying equipment.
Our spray dryers are widely used in raw materials, research and development drugs, inhalable preparations, Chinese medicine and so on. The production of pharmaceutical grade spray dryers is not only suitable for experiments under GMP conditions, but also for industrial production.
In order to meet the special requirements of the new energy battery industry for powder properties, we have done a certain degree of optimization in atomization performance, system structure and configuration, so that this series of models to obtain better performance indicators, widely used in phosphate (manganese) iron carp, silicon carbon anode, solid state battery materials, sodium ion battery materials and other products, by the new energy industry.
Customer visit
This year, every month, customers visit Zhiheng and test material work, Zhiheng actively responds to customer needs, answers questions raised by customers, and puts forward specific drying measures and problem solutions for various industries involved. For each experiment required by the customer, Zhiheng will debug the best equipment parameters according to the characteristics of the experimental material.
